In short, our agent did a thorough review and looked for coverage that fit the changes needed. Specifically, the auto policy liability coverages were reviewed and increased, the policy moved from 6 months to 1 year at a substantial savings. Our agent identified “uninsured” items on my previous ho owners policy that are critical n North Central Texas—water backup, sump discharge, overflow, hidden water or steam seepage.
