"Ridiculous people and expectations. They consistently raise their prices, more than our other insurances. Expect us to send them a yearly fee for scholarships and will bother you daily until it’s paid. We went to cancel due to the high cost. We asked to cancel at the end of the months term and they said our money is out of our pockets and our plan is canceled before the end of the PAID month?! We also asked them SEVERAL times over the years we were with them for copies of insurance and we NEVER received them. PITIFUL!"
