"I am shocked that someone at Miguel Dominguez Agency took it upon themselves to change the mortgage holder on our property to Discover, entity with which we were barely in the process of requesting a home equity loan. Dominguez did so unilaterally and without notifying us or even verifying with us that Discover´s request was legitimate. It is a breach of trust and probably illegal since 1) we were still in the process of submitting paperwork to Discover, not approved yet, therefore owing nothing to Discover and, 2) change was made without our consent. We withdrew our application from Discover as well as it is an irregular requirement on their part to request being added as mortgagee without there being mortgage and document to that effect. Needless to say the Better Business Bureau will hear of this as well."

"Stay away from this office and go somewhere else. I’ve been their customer for 15+ years and I have never been disrespected until now. Firstly, they never answer the phone, and when they do every question regarding policy gets deflected or they don’t have an answer. Then the worst part is I asked to speak to the supervisor Sylvia and she was by far the most disrespectful person I’ve met in the service industry. She started off by telling me that I did not know anything about my policy, insulted me and completely shut me down when I asked for her look into my situation. Bottom line, this office is no longer the same. Everyone use to be very helpful and now that their personnel changed it is no longer the same. Even Miguel doesn’t even show up to this office."

A lot of the reviews are from "people" that have only ever posted one review and coincidentally it's a five start review of this terrible establishment ran by a person who thinks too highly of himself and is disrespectful to his employees. Get off your high horse and do better Miguel."
