"(Apparently now there’s a $2 late fee for every day that you go past your due date to pay) well, because of no one being present so that I could pay for my car insurance I had to pay a late fee. It’s very rude and unprofessional to have clients waiting outside of the business until someone arrives for two hours while they’re supposed to be OPEN. It’s unfair that I could have paid on time when I went by, but instead ended up paying a late fee. Now apparently there’s only one lady working here. Maybe she was at lunch, but then she should turn off the sign that says “Open” and put a sign on the door that says “Out to lunch” common curtesy and common sense... and no one should be taking 2 hours to eat lunch, that’s ridiculous. I would recommend calling in advance to make sure someone is gonna be there before you go by.. learn from my mistake."

"Me and atleast 10 other costumers spend over one hour and a half waiting to make a payment but nobody opened the door or showed up or even picked up the phone. They didnt even have the courtesy to leave a sign that they were out to lunch or something. Hire someone more professional or close down your business. Trash!"
