"When I had signed up for auto insurance with them, it had went well and everything was set up to what I thought. I had specifically asked if I could sign up for a 6-month policy and do auto payments but, yesterday I got a notice in the mail of it apparently being cancelled and now I had to pay an extra fee to be able to gain my insurance back after I had asked the first time that I was interested in auto payments because I can’t physically go into the building each time. I do not recommend this place because now it causes unneeded stress on my part when this would have all been solved if the agent I spoke to listened the first time. State Farm or Geico are honestly one of your best bets if you’re looking for someone who’ll assist you properly and be considerate at least. Also I believe the lady who did my policy is named Luisa…"
