"I had a great experience when I came by last week to try on some shoes. I’m a 7 1/2 with narrow feet, so I was finding it difficult to find my size. Matt went above and beyond for me as he was super helpful. He brought me sizes 7 & 8 to try on, and even had me try on the cushion insoles to get a better feel of the 8. I was also interested in boots, in which he offered his assistance. As someone who is indecisive, I find it difficult and time consuming when trying to make the right decision. Although, Matt provided recommendations in a friendly manner, adding conformity during my experience. Overall, he was very patient and kind. If you need any help with assistance, I would recommend Matt!"

"Was ignored and basically had to beg for any help, even after I had the shoes I still was getting ignored. Pretty sure they thought my partner and I couldn’t afford to shop here, but the older couple that were shopping got great customer service for a sale not even as large as mine. Bought them and left, first time buying a pair of docs in store and not online and it will definitely be my last."
