"People give this place bad reviews because it's busy when they show up during peak hours. Even if you have to wait, it's absolutely worth it. If you don't want to wait, go on your lunch break. Know what to expect when you come in here. This isn't your grandfather's barber shop. It's not a quiet shop where the old men come to hang out and talk. It's also not an upscale NYC barber salon where your barber is wearing a vest and a tie and giving you essential oil facials. This is a modern shop with a bunch of young, skilled barbers who do sleek, modern styles. Yeah you can go get a cheaper cut at Supercuts, or you could go spend a hundred bucks at a barber salon, but you're not doing yourself any favors either way. The prices here are very reasonable, and the service you get for the money is well worth it. I can't recommend this shop strongly enough."

"This was my first time and last time going to this barbershop. As I walked in nobody acknowledged me after being there for over 30 min. Mind you I had an appointment . At least they could of said, "hey sign in if you don't have a appointment". All the barber looked at me and didn't say a word, very unprofessional. what I did notice is that if your not a regular customer or if your not cool with the barbers your're invisible to them. It took 30 minutes for someone to actually acknowledged me, mind you this person had just walked in. I assume it was the owner. Either way, thank you for the bad and last first impression."
