"Had a horrible experience with a lady named Karina who has long hair. First time I take my 3 year old son to cut his hair so I didn't know anything about what number to use. Was trying to explain to this lady how I wanted it & she seemed to get impatient & just started balding my son. I got so furious. She didn't even clean the hair off of him when she was done. I demanded to speak to supervisor but spoke to nobody & wasn't given any info on how to reach a manager. Lady was rude to me & was talking negative about me to another customer thinking I didn't know Spanish. Nobody speaks English here. I was given horrible service & will not go back to this place because of this lady. To top it off she messed up my hair as well. If you go to this place make sure you get someone besides Karina"
