"I came on Friday Sept 23, 2023 to pick up my online order between 11am-12pm. The cashier Angela at the pick up section was such a sweetheart, greeting me, professional and friendly (very rare customer service these days). I was so happy with her good vibes. But once I took my stuff to the car, I changed my mind in one of the items. It was a Halloween decoration, so I went back in to exchange it. I walked back to the store and get the item that I wanted to exchange. The security guy. He was this light skin gentleman wearing neon colors. He was profiling me. I understand that's their job but unless they see me shoplifting with a proof, there's no reason for him to be following me like if I'm some type of terrorist around the store. It was very uncomfortable, almost humiliating to be treated in such a way, when all I wanted was an exchange."
