"I had bad acne due to hormonal changes after a miscarrage. The owner made me feel horrible about my face as she insulted me in front of customers. Telling me it was my diet or maybe I was shaving my face. No! I just lost a baby! She made me cry. Not sure if I will go back."

"The owner Shehla did my hair. She did all over color and highlights. I left and went home to style. When I dried it, you could barely see the highlights! I called her the next day and she argued that my hair color is light so the highlights should look like lowlights (??) And that she saw the highlights herself. Regardless, she did not want to fix it. I spent a lot of $ for highlights that ended up NO LIGHTS. I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE."
