"I will only give it 4 just because this is the second time I feel like I was over charged. I took my three year old here not long ago to get his hair buzzed off, kind you I had cut his hair and I told the lady to just buzz it off to make it even. He has curly hair. The service gets finished and then she charges me $20 for a three year old? Make it make sense please. From what I know they charge that much for an adult style hair cut and from my understanding getting your hair buzzed off is not an adult style. Then I took my oldest son to get his hair cut and I called in advance to ask the price for men’s haircuts. The lady said between $18-20, $20 if he gets an adult style haircut. She rings me up and charges me $25 like that makes no sense! If I was planning on paying that I could have easily taken him to the barber. Anyway that’s really my complaint. The style was amazing but just don’t say one price and then surprise the customer with another."

"I walked in and although I hadn’t made an appointment she told me that they take walk-ins. She requested me to please wait either for her or the other stylist which was just arriving. I had never been here before so I did not have a preference. I was seated right away and the lady was very kind. That is where my particular service took a turn for the worst. Maybe the person I got just wasnt up to date with longer pixie cuts. Or cutting curly hair. But I explained that I was growing my hair out and just wanted to cut the back toward my neck and even showed her a photo. I asked her to just trim the rest to fit the cut but she ended up shaving not only the back but the sides of my head and one side was patchy and the hair lengths were un even. I hate hate hate giving bad reviews normally I would just walk out and wait for my hair to grow and correct it. But this was bad and I will have to go to a salon chop my hair close to completely off to fix it."

"If I can give this place a negative score I would. I went there and asked Gigi to give an ombre hairstyle. My hair was virgin and she bleached too long that that when she tried to color my hair my hair ended it purple instead of blond. She then curl my hair so the color purple won’t be so noticeable to me and told me that I would wash off after a couple day. When I got home my daughter looked at it and told how horrible my hair looked. I had platinum, purple, dark brown and blond from the middle to the bottom of my hair. I back went for her to fix it and she made it worse. This time she didn’t dry my hair so I wouldn’t see the true color of my hair she told if you still don't like come back in two days so the bleach has wash off a bit. I was so embarrassed to go out looking like peacock. Next day I went back and she refused to fix my hair or give me my money back. And to top it off say it was not only her fault but also mine because I was in a hurry. I was there for 5 hours! That was plenty of time for her to go my hair right. If I could upload the pictures of my hair I would. You have been warned; if you choose to use this Gigi as your hair stylist make she doesn't curl your hair but instead straightens it so can appreciate the really colors of your hair before you pay her."
