"Came in and requested for a return. So they call one of their leaders to do it and her name is “Lorena”. THE MOST RUDEST PERSON. I literally said I was making a return and my niece even heard me say it. She goes and say “ok well that wasn’t mentioned to me so, i don’t know what you were doing.” There used items without ANY packaging, common sense and communication is lacking with this person. I don’t know what her issue was but if you’re having a bad day, (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) maybe you should’ve call off. This is by far the worst ulta with the most gross attitudes."

"I went in on yesterday to exchange a travel sized perfume bottle that was damaged and I was assisted by the manager Jessica/Jennifer (I don’t remember exactly). She was so professional, very nice and patient with me. Her customer service was amazing because she went above and beyond for a small exchange. I even purchased hair care products and she thoroughly explained the rules for coupons. Such a great experience, I will be returning to this location for sure!"

"I went in looking for a specific skin-care product. Sierra approached me as I was looking lost and out of place. She talked to me about my skin and how I'm taking care of it. I was sure she was working on commission but her advice made a lot of sense so I made the additional purchase. The staff does not, in fact, work on commission so Sierra's extra effort and consideration is so appreciated. I will happily continue to shop at this location"
