"Heidi & Jojo's has been a community stable for the Houston area for over 20 years. I have been a patron of both of their locatons for as many years. My most recent visit, Victoria did a superb job on my freestyle micro braids. She was very professional and displayed mad braiding skills. 3 Star rating is for limited hair washing availability and only one braider was available for such a time-consuming style. I highly recommend this braiding boutique. And yes, they accept cash only."

"I use too go here years ago but I moved. So today 12-22-21 I decided too go because I was in the area. Dont get me wrong they do good braids. But they are very pricey. I was told $40 for 4 feed in braids on the phone when she finish doing my hair I pulled out $ 40 she told me no $55. I said that's not what I was quoted. So she said wait let me call someone the lady on the phone said $60 for 4. I said here lady I never paid $60 for 4 braids. She said oh I dont know because I usually dont do feed in I said ok well this will be your first and last time. I guess they make up prices as they go. Oh well never again they lost my business."

"I don’t even know where to begin. I was quoted $180 but then I got there and the lady changed it to $200. My braids are 26 inches but they stop braiding my hair at my bust line. The only hair that touches my waist is the hair in the very back. I had 2 ladies working on my head with two different braiding styles. Customers were coming in and the customer service was so awful a lady walked out. They double booked an appointment and made the lady who was currently getting her hair done to go to another location. Now back to my hair. I asked for big parts and medium sized braids. I have exactly what I asked for in the back of my head. The other lady didn’t listen. Just picture 14 braids on my hair line alone and small parts. I have more braids on the top of my head than the middle and back combined. I asked the lady to not braid my baby hairs and told her they were still sensitive and were growing back after I had my baby. She proceeded to braid them ALL. A week and half later. My hair follicles are falling out and my hair is still too tight that I can’t sleep comfortably. Ladies, do not go here! Go somewhere where people will listen and take their time. You are spending your money on what you want. Not what they want you to have. Not to mention they get mad if you say anything against what their doing."
