"I had a rough wait time due to this location only having 1 stylist on a weekend. After an hour wait I showed the stylist what kind of cut I wanted which is the same as what I got here before. However, I received something different. Extremely short layers and when I mentioned this to stylist the response was a quick dismissive “it’ll grow back.” There was no check in during the cut to see if what she was doing was okay and I should’ve known better than to trust the stylist. I am very disappointed and hurt at the result cut I got. UPDATE: The store manager, Duvis, contacted me and provided options to make my experience better. I returned 5 days later and she somehow managed to fix the uneven, shaggy, mullet- rat tail hair cut the previous stylist left me with. She was SO attentive and offered so much advice to help stimulate and grow my hair to get rid of the short layers the previous stylist had done. I appreciate the great customer service she provided as well and her helping me feel a bit more confident wearing my hair and not hiding it. I’m excited to return to this location for my trims and additional hair needs. Thank you so much for fixing a sour experience into a much better one. You’re truly appreciated!"
