"I visited The Brow Doctor Studio as a first time client and although I was pleased with my brows in the end , customer service was 0/10. From beginning to end she was never welcoming or friendly, very standoffish . The first 10 min of the appointment she was on the phone ( which would be okay if she would have at least introduced herself and welcomed me when I came in, instead she told me I should have knocked harder on the door ).After she ended the call there was still no introduction. After telling her this was my first time trying henna , there was no explanation of the process or aftercare . Again my brows looked good but I value customer service more ."
