"As much as I enjoyed my experience with Ceron himself, my sister in law also loved her experience but had immediate breakage after her highlighting, was told it was her fault although she has styled her processed hair for years, and upsold more products to fix "her" mistake. All on the heels of not calling her back and having to show up to show the damage. Even the best pro can make a mistake and leave color on too long. She would have accepted a solution at their expense but was asked for her credit card instead."
