"Scam this building is vacant and all her reviews are from years ago. When I booked my appointment for 3/27/21 at 9:00 am they charged my card the $25 deposit. When I went to the address provided in the confirmation email it was a vacant building up for lease. I called the number in the email and it was disconnected. I reached out to them via Facebook and didn’t receive a response, mind you it’s 9 am now. I get a call talking about they close today when the website and confirmation email say the complete opposite. Long story short don’t waste your time this salon is no longer open. The owner is misleading people to get there deposits and later charge your card full price as a missed appointment. Stay woke !"

"Unfortunately, I did not receive an opportunity to give a positive review. I booked an appointment for 6 pm on Tuesday. The morning of my appointment I received a text saying that there would not be a stylist available to see me at the time of my appointment- this was blamed on their booking service; however, this is the booking service that Spoiled Rotten selected. I was asked to be a "walk in" or to book my appointment for Thursday or Friday of this week. I explained that I have an event tomorrow during lunch and this salon refused to make accommodations for a previously booked appointment. I hoped that this would be a permanent salon for my daughter and I since we reside in the Pearland area, but it's clear that they lack professionalism. As someone that works in a consumer-facing industry, I am extremely disappointed."

"Awesome down to earth hair salon. Real women. Listen to what you want, when describing the hair style you would like. Make your hair so soft. My husband could not keep his hand out of my hair. You get all this fabulous service with reason payment. Finally a place I can call my own. Thank you ladies for a beautiful experience."

"I made my appointment with my stylist of choice using the app. There was a wait, my hair wasn't done by that stylist, and there were $15 in upcharges that were not revealed until payment was due. The credit machine wasn't working so I had to download another app to pay for the services I'd received. The stylist who did my hair was engaging, efficient, and did a beautiful job."
