"Update: the salon called me and offered me a hydration treatment and a master styling to fix them once they grow out a little more, all on the house, to apologize. I appreciate the way they handled the situation. I will probably come back for future hair needs but won't be returning to Gwen. Original: Gwen messed up my hair completely. I went in for fringe bangs with an inspo pic, she gave me straight choppy bangs. I went in my car and cried afterwards because it looked so bad. I attached the picture I showed and what I left with... I'm glad hair grows out but I can't believe I wasted money on this."
