"I signed up for a MEMBERSHIP for brow and lash color, which should have only been $45/mo, three weeks ago. I go in for my 3 week appt today, which I was told I would need to do, only to be told that I have to pay an additional $50 and would be charge $45 on Sept 4th! WTH!!! This place does NOT have memberships!! I honestly feel like I was scammed!! I had not budgeted for the additional cost for today's visit, since I had signed up for a MEMBERSHIP. This may not sound like much, but it cut into my vacation money!!!"

"Did a walk-in here yesterday last minute. Mona was my lash tech and she did a great job. I was very satisfied and happy. I paid 37$ for threading eyebrows, lip and chin. Was pricier than other salons sure but I needed quick and professional service last min and it was a worth it"

"Candice just threaded my brows and they’re perfect! She was so sweet and nice to talk to. The receptionist also had great customer service and was so friendly. Overall my brows look great and this was such a nice atmosphere & energy too!"

"I wanted to try the brow lamination and tinting. I have not plucked my eyebrows in a long time so I also wanted to try threading. I booked the lamination/tinting and also the lip/eyebrow threading service because I knew that they would have to clean up my eyebrows anyways. I booked my appointment with Mona. Just to be clear, My main goal was to get the lamination and Just try the threading because I would have to remove the excess hairs anyway. The appointments were booked with Mona. I got there early around 1:50 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. She took a walk in right for threading right before me. I noticed she did not wash her hands between clients. Red flag. She threaded my eyebrows and lips first. Then when I laid down for the lamination, she blamed me for over plucking because I didn’t have enough hair on the left brow. I believe she took off too much hair for the procedure because I had not plucked my brows in years. My right eye brow was still thick. Initially she told me to wait grow out my left eye brows then come back to get the lamination. Then she tried to get my to do the lash lift which I had no intention of doing. Then she had two other staff members come in to discuss options with me. I had never had lamination or tinting before so I asked for Mona’s guidance. She said to take more from the right brow and it would even it out. It did not! The right brow looks okay but the left brow looks cray! I think she took off too much hair then on the left brow. Otherwise she should have looked at my brows and said I wasn’t a good candidate for lamination. Then I wouldn’t have gotten the threading at all because the threading was only for the purpose of lamination. Also, during my appointment she threaded a few other clients and I honestly don’t know if she washed her hands or sanitized her chair. TLDR: Eyebrows are messed up for the holidays and Mona did not wash her hands or sanitize the chair between clients. Also tried to push another service on me. Poor and unprofessional service!"
