"This was my first time at this particular location. The front desk person I assume was training and the person training her was very attentive and patient with not only myself but with her trainee as well. Lex (Alexandria) was an awesome waxer. She is knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend not only this place but her as the go-to waxer of choice. I have already recommended my daughter and some other people as well. This location is way more professional, the customer service is great...another better than the one located in the Champions Center off 1960 next to Jason's Deli(which was my regular spot...until now!)"
