"Terrible haircut! I spontaneously stopped after work to get a haircut prior to coloring my hair this weekend (I'm responsible for the color). The salon isn't the best lit and it's my fault for not asking to see the back of my hair. The layers are longer on one side than the other. The framing layers around my face are uneven, shorter on one side. This morning blow drying and using a round brush just made things worse. I understand that everyone has long days, that haircut after haircut is tiring. It's not the worst haircut in the world. It's just VERY disappointing. I will say the stylist was very friendly and kind to all the customers she interacted with. That's why I'm giving two stars."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I gave the stylist a reference photo OF MYSELF so that they can have something to follow. Did not do a good job and cut far too short where you can see my scalp. Additionally while I was explaining that I did not like the hair they continued to tell me how I am wrong and that my hair looks good and proceeded to put ,unsolicited might I add, gel to my hair. Excuse me? I never told you to do that. I have to wear a helmet as I rode in on a motorcycle and it’s going to get the inside of my helmet sticky. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and never had to deal with such nonsense. Never coming back again."

"When I am back in Houston and I need a haircut, I head back to Supercuts on S. Braeswood/Chimney Rock. This time I had Aimee cutting my hair. She took her time and made sure that I was pleased with the haircut which I definitely liked. Lot's of compliments later that night from friends. Thanks Aimee!"

"I went in for a trim and was told the charge would be $10.00. While in the chair, I was asked if I wanted the frizzies above my ears trimmed and not told there would be an extra charge. I agreed, and the stylist made a single pass on each side with the clippers. At checkout, the charge was for a complete haircut. I was in a hurry, paid my bill, and tipped accordingly. The experience hasn't sat well and has finally moved me to explain that I will no longer require the services of this company."
