"I love this place and will continue to get my nails done here... however i will never let the tech with the feather tattoo behind her ear do my nails again... my nails are now all shapes none of them are the same length. The guy at the front desk was a little rude didn't want to accept the fact that his tech did a horrible job to the point that another tech had to come and TRY to fix them which she really couldn't make them better so the end result isn't her fault. I ended up getting a discount even though i still think 35$ was too much...the tech that messed up my nails asked me not to complain since she is new and would get fired ... she also did a crappy job on my daughter nails a week before which i didn't know it was her until after describing her to my daughter. 65$ dollars down the drain on my 200$ and some bill ... I'm going to let this junk grow out a little bit then go back and try again with another tech. I've never had a problem with any other tech everyone is very nice even the tech with the feather tattoo until i started to call her out on her work... I'm sorry but she said she has 30 years under her belt girl big nope! ZOOM IN ON THE PICTURES!"

"Nail tech took 2 hours to do a simple dip manicure. Not sure why she took so long, she kept apologizing but two hours is way too long. I didn’t even ask for a design, just one solid color. My cuticles are all raw and bleeding the next day since she cut them too much. The square shape I requested, was not provided, she rounded all the nails out. Looking at them today, there are lumps in the paint and edges not completely finished with the gloss. very disappointed."

"This is my go-to Salon when, I need my nails done during lunch. Normally, they are efficient and on point with their nails. However, today I went the Nail Solon and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, unprofessionalism from the receptionist named Jon. My nails are not done properly as I mentioned in the beginning of my service. Manager and Nail technician tried their best but, still didn’t like them. Some nails were shaped uneven and were not consistent throughout my whole hand. They apologized which, I accepted and willing to provide me a 15% discount. I did refuse to pay due to this type of service - charging me an estimate $50 and request to take them off. At this time, the manager was taking them off and stated to them that I’ll go somewhere else and I should have went to the mall to get my nails done and very disappointed of the service. Then all of sudden, the receptionist named Jon walked all the way to the back where the manager and I were at - which he then asked, “why didn’t you go back there”. I told him, because this was closer and had my nails done before without any issues. I was so furious and left with the manager taking my nails completely off. I was left disappointed, upset, and embarrassed for the manager there - She had to continue to apologize to me because of Jon’s lack of professionalism and customer service. Lastly, requesting to speak with the owner regarding this incident and will not be going back at all."

"I booked an appointment last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. This place was amazing! It was so clean and quiet and relaxing. John did my nails and it was the best manicure I've ever had. The attention to detail and the quality of service was top tier and everyone was so nice. John even held my drink up to my face so I could take a sip while my nails were soaking off. They definitely have a customer for life now. This place is a hidden gem!"
