"Who is in charge of this place?? some serious violations of customers happening in here. customers need to call the 1-800 number to report. who is the owner? Only vietnamese people should go there because they are the only one's that get the right service and price! who ever the boss is he/she need to pay attention or customers need to report this place to the 1800 number."

"I went there for the first time to simply get a haircut after confirming with her of how I wanted my haircut to be and how much she would charge me. Before starting she told me that she will charge me $12, and she guaranteed me that she would be able to cut my hair the way I wanted it to be. I told her you can let me know from the beginning if there will be any variations to my haircut, but she confirmed that she would be able to do the haircut I wanted. When the haircut was finished it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. It was the worst haircut that I have ever had. After that, I proceeded to pay her the money and she said that my total was $65 due to the effort she had to achieve the particular hairstyle. ( I was still gonna pay her a good tip because of her work, regardless of me liking the haircut or not.) There was not point in arguing with her since I had already received my haircut from her (Vivian) and payed her the money, which was supposed to be ($12 ). After that she asks me for a tip! I gave her a tip as well. She lost a good customer .Never going back there again. Worst mistake to give the place a chance. They should have told me upfront about the price when I had asked them about it, before she started cutting my hair. People go to a nice salon."
