"I don’t normally complain online but this lady charged me $150 and my hair is still falling out after I asked for just a little highlight. This was awful; I felt that I was sitting too long and I had had highlights years ago. She literally burned my hair and obviously didn’t know how to blow dry my hair and kept asking to straighten it. No it’s not okay for your hair to fall out! I’ve seen that with people that do that to their hair a lot. It’s been two days and it’s still falling out :( Edit: The owner(Nora) reached out to me to fix it and while the length is shorter than I had originally wanted she did make it look great. She was very helpful and ended up doing my eyebrows and did an excellent job. Make an appointment with Nora- you’ll need the appointment but she does good work and great fixes. This is the woman to go for hair repairs-"

"I have searched for years for a good colorist who could also style. I work with a wonderful woman, Tammy Nick, whose hair was beautifully colored. I asked her who transformed her and we scheduled an appointment that Saturday to see Nora. She studied my hair, styled it and colored it and it was the first time I had EVER walked away happy. Nora is a fantastic ball of fire that can make even the worst hair (like mine) look beautiful. I have NEVER been anywhere else AND I bring my mom here as well! If you are looking for a talented hair artist, you have found her at Beauty Basic!"
