"i came here on november 21st with my aunt. i am not from houston i am actually from california and my aunt recommended me this stylist. we arrived to the appointment and i showed him the picture of what i wanted and he said he would do it for $350 and i thought it was fine. the end result did not look at all like the picture. he gave me blond highlights with dark brown hair when the picture clearly showed caramel highlights. i also asked for a haircut. i asked for long and medium layers and curtain bangs. he said he would have to cut my hair really short in order to do that kind of style. which is not true because i asked for the same haircut from a different stylist back at home and she did it perfectly without any hesitation. i said to just give me a trim then. he ended up cutting my hair really uneven and he did not blend the layers at all. it looked like he cut my hair using kid scissors. he was also really unprofessional and being rude throughout the whole process. he yanked and pulled my hair when he detangled it. then he made fun of the way my face turned red because i was literally in pain. he made comments about my long distance relationship such as “why would your boyfriend choose you when there are so many other girls closer to him?” i ended up kind of ignoring him and just went on my phone. this other colombian stylist came and she commented on my gray hairs. i’m 21 and i have a few gray hair and i don’t understand why they felt the need to comment on it. he also told me i had to text him to find out what toner he used on my hair. i asked him again at the end of my appointment so i can write it down but he just kept telling me to “message him” so i just gave up and let it go. the end result was 370 for a balayage that did not look like my picture at all, a uneven unblinded haircut, and rude, unprofessional customer service"

"Bad customer service and the lady especially was rude and unprofessional. After we went it for a haircut we were told it would be a 20 minute wait but we ended up wasting over half an hour as the hair stylist took personal phone calls and joked around with a client taking even longer .The lady seemed to have a bad attitude and it seemed as if she was taking longer on purpose , after we said thank you and left because they were talking too long we were told they still had a lot to do for another client instead of telling us as we waited . Overall , unprofessional and made us waste our time."
