"Don't waste your time!!! Firstly this salon is listed as a dominican salon, IT IS NOT !!! I was already there and asked for a HAIRCUT and to please cut it while dry because my hair was already blown straight, I say this because after it's been washed it would be very curly and they would not be able to see my hair easily after it got curly. The stylist agreed and told me she wasn't a dominican salon I was aware but agreed to the hair cut and i would dry my own hair since I was already aware she would not be capable to straighten my hair like Dominican salons do. Since I was there I also asked for a hair dye to Match the preexisting color, the stylist cut and colored my hair and washed it. I left the salon knowing my hair was 2 shades darker even While wet, I mentioned the color to the lady she brushed it off saying my hair was still wet and when dried it would look different. Paid 70 dollars left to go home and to dry my OWN hair... Guess what?!? It was lopsided! She didn't even have the decency to give me an even cut! And as I mentioned before the hair color was wayyyyy darker than original color..!!! After drying my hair I went back so that she could remedy the problem but she was very aggressive and even told me that she mentioned earlier it wasn't a dominican salon... I said I understood that part but blowing out my hair and giving a haircut was 2 different things! And she couldn't even do that....!!! Didn't even acknowledge she was wrong, and blamed it on the fact that she said it was another type of hair salon. Errm... At the very least she should have been capable to cut hair evenly..? Or even try to remedy the situation??? Salon has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS as a salon I would think they would want to build a reputation and have repeat business.. Moral of the story.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOME WHERE ELSE."

"I always go to Chelys hair salon and its always very packed so I came by here once since I was in a rush. And I have to say that Lily is very rude. Not professional at all. She cuts very good hair I must say. But as soon as u walk in expect to be talked about. Or hear stupid remarks while you are there. I know for sure that when you go into a business you deserve to be treated with respect because you are bringing money. But never again stepping into this business. EVER!!! Not like she cares but at least you guys know what you guys are walking into."
