"I wasn't pleased with this location. I understand this Texas heat but why was it so freaking cold. I don't complain much but even my style and a few other clients were complaining about it. They had no way to adjust it since management controls it. That alone made my experience uncomfortable. I probably won't return"

"I worked here temporarily. The equipment is out dated, it set me back 10-15 years and they won't allow you to leave without paying 2k+ if you're unhappy with the space. Totally not worth the cost. It's 1k for 200sqft!! That's insane!"

I've always been super pleased with the result after each wax. Also, she is super personable and is extremely accommodating. I was over 30 minutes late to my first appointment but she managed to fit me into her schedule on the same day. I highly recommend everyone try her out, you'll be hooked."
