"Stood me up with a hair appointment last weekend. I called and emailed repeatedly and never got a response. We all lead very busy lives and have to make accommodations to be able to come to these appointments, they could've called me in advance to cancel but they chose not to."

"Absolutely a waste of time going to this location. What is the point of having great skill as a hairdresser if the owner does not know how to manage/tell time, business 101, nor customer service. As a business owner, I understand going thru difficulties with personnel/covid, but this is just lack of care/respect towards his customers. Went twice to his location with appt. the first time was a 4 hour delay and the second time, being the first appt, he never showed up to open his business. Very disappointed. I called him after the text message and lvm but haven’t gotten a text/call back."

"It was very bad experience . My hair was natural and I have old color 2 inch just the end Geo's damage more than half my hair not just the end and it was not the color I want . And when I told him my hair damaged he was so upset and talked with me bad way and he told me because you have old color. I was shocked and I buy all the money and I should don't do that . And when I go home I was more shocked because I checked my hair it was too many different colors I sent him the pics he doesn't answer me for 2 days . He told me come again and we will fix it but I don't go because l don't want to lose more money when I don't go to my work I already lose 2 days working when he does my hair first day they cancel my appointment and second day whe he does my hair and he is maybe can fix the color but off course he can't return my hiar likeb before. Now I tell him return my money he see my text and he doesn't answer ."

"I just recently got my hair done here by Gladys and Anna and I have to say that it looks amazing. It took them about 6-8 hours to complete but good work takes time and they managed to get my hair to do what many other salons were not able to. As Gladys stated " I love a challenge" and " I am not scared of any hair type" of course she said it to in spanish!! Lol!! Amazing people Great work!!! Definitely recommend them."
