"If I could put one stars I would. My hair is falling out and these people shouldn't be able to cut hair. I showed them a picture of the layers I wanted, my hair was almost to my waist and they shaved 7 inches of my hair with a man's razor, without warning. I was completely upset but told them to fix it by making it even and she starts "giving me layers" with a blade so I left. My hair is completely ruined and falling out. This place needs to close immediately I'm going to sue."

"If you have thick long hair please don't come here. I saw a video online about Henry and decided to try out the salon. I should have waited for him to be done. Instead I listened to the front desk lady to give me someone else. I asked her for layered hair cut asking her to cut 3 inches off because of my split ends. She can't seem to detangle my hair and then cuts like 5 inches off with a men's groomer. I was both upset and mad she did that, I wanted to cry. Still, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and was waiting for her to give me nice layer. She just begins to cut all my hair with a hair thinning blade instead of scissors. My hair is completely uneven and not blended properly. I've never had a worse experience in my life. I wanted to get a haircut for my special event and I deeply regret coming here."
