"UPDATED ** I went back after they contacted me about my issues and they fixed it. My eyelashes look 100x better now. Again, they’re a very friendly staff and we’re apologetic about the situation. ——————— I went in for a lash lift and was thoroughly disappointed because of the lack of results. The lady half way through said “it takes up until your third time for them to really curl” so my hopes of having a good lift went down south quick. Although the place is relaxing and they’re friendly, it does not make up for the loss of money. 0/10 would recommend if you need to them for an event or anything important. 0/10 would recommend spending your money because you will still be wearing mascara after the fact."

"I had the lash extensions done last Saturday. I went home with my right eye burning and painful. I thought it was just irritation from the glue. I woke up Sunday morning with a swollen, puffy and red right eye. Now I need to see ophthalmology to check this today"

It was our first time receiving this service and the ladies were so nice in explaining how the process would work. My eyelash tech was Kelly who did an amazing job and my mom’s eyelash tech was Snow who did an amazing job as well. We already have our next appointment booked!"

"Awesome experience! Tl;dr - great place, awesome customer service, definitely recommend! This is my first time getting lashes again (I took a break after a bad set). Originally, I went to my old lash place and left with a splitting migraine and my lashes started falling out immediately. After looking online, I found La’ Me and called to see if they had anything available. They were able to fit me in with Snow for an afternoon appointment the next day. The location is well decorated and has great lighting. The space itself is super clean and has great ambiance. The front desk was super helpful when I was scheduling and very kind. Check in was a super easy process. I scheduled a refill for a hybrid set. I was able to talk to Snow and let her know what I needed. She listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. She also gave me some tips to help extend the wear of my lashes during my appointment. My lashes look so much better now and better compliment my eyes. Overall I’m super happy with my experience and would recommend this place to everyone!"

"Came here to wait for my wife to get her brows done and ended up with a nose wax for myself. Excellent customer service. Place is clean and relaxing. Restroom is gender neutral. So clean that I can sit in there the whole day. Plenty of parking in front."
