Pricing is fair and the complementary wine is definitely a great bonus. I always recommend the hot stones message . They always do their best to accommodate your needs and get you in and out . The environment is always clean and welcoming . They give a 5% discount if you use cash ! I typically spend $50-$90."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience at Vivi Nail Spa - 1 Star I've been a loyal customer at Vivi Nail Spa, having spent over $1,000 in the past year for services for both myself and my daughter. However, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing, prompting this 1-star review. In my last three visits, I got a full set of acrylic nails, and each time, at least one nail fell off within just three days. After the second incident, I specifically requested extra care to ensure it wouldn't happen again, but to my frustration, the same issue occurred. Reluctantly, I decided to give them another chance, mainly due to their convenient location. Yet, the same problem persisted. When I reached out to the salon, their response was dismissive and unprofessional, showing a lack of concern for my experience. Moreover, on one occasion, the staff left my nails uncomfortably long despite my repeated requests and demonstrations for a shorter length. The language barrier didn’t help, and I had to return four days later to get them fixed, only to be charged an additional $10, not to mention the expected tip, with no apologies for the inconvenience. I am dismayed by the consistent lack of quality and customer service at Vivi Nail Spa. It's clear they don't value customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. Their service quality and customer care are severely lacking."

"Service spectacular, Henry (owner) is amazing. I’ve been going here 4 years my girl left, but Lynn, Lilly and Kim are my go to, don’t use Shelby, very slow, super sweet but doesn’t really like any kind of instruction on what you like. Beautiful shop, very clean and relaxing. Prices are very reasonable."

"I've been here 3 times. The last time I was there my nails didn't look all that great but weren't terrible. It was my first time for nails. I went yesterday to give them another try and it was terrible. I went in for a refill. Showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do it. She started to work at 1140am. During the filing with the machine she skimmed my fingers multiple times. And cut my cuticle. She asked to see a pic again of what I wanted. I showed her and the she proceeded to offer me a completely different design. I declined and then requested that she do the original design I requested. She did the design all wrong and it didn't look great so I just asked her to please just do the thin top outline on the nail. She finished at 135pm. The nails look nothing like what I requested. They look very lumpy, sloppy, and just horrible. I paid for my service and left. I'm really upset that I paid $50 for terrible work. I will not be going back. I included a pic of what I asked for and pics of what I got got for reference."
