"They were kind at first you know greeting and stuff, I came in for an upper lip wax, so the lady did the wax and once she was done I said thank you and I got in my car and checked myself in the mirror and I still had facial hair. So I decided to go back in and told the receptionist that I still had facial hair and she was telling me “no your seeing things” and I told her look I still have facial hair. So she sent me to the back and it seemed that she was mad that I came back. Usually when someone gives you a waxing service they make sure the wax isn’t hot, but this lady just put the hot wax straight to my face. After she was done she said “it’s just the oil that makes it look like you have hair”. She literally seemed like she was in a rush even though no one was there besides one other customer. So I left and went to my car and checked myself in the mirror and I still have FACIAL HAIR. I just decided to go home and not waste my time. Basically they stole me $5 for not completing the service. From the picture you can see the redness from the wax and the facial hair"

"I came here last week to do my hair straighten. She told me do not do anything after 24 hours. I did what she told me. After 24 hours, I washed my hair. I thought of the hair would be straight like I wanted. Unfortunately my hair became curly. I took picture and sent to her. She told me to come back for her to see. I came today, she asked me if I tied my hair? I told her exactly what happened. She seemed like not want to redo it. She refused of doing straightening again. She just said she would trim my hair. Why do I need to trim my hair when I just need my hair straighten?! No responsible of what she did. Never go back again."
