"I'm so horribly upset at this unprofessional manager here at the Beltway 8 location. She told me that I should have known better to not have brought my African American daughter's to her store for a shampoo and condition. This ignorant woman put a shampoo and conditioner to my daughter's hair that made their hair tangle and feel like glue was being washed in their hair. In the past my daughter's has always visited Cost Cutters to get their hair wash because their hair are long and thick. I will never bring them back to her store again! When I asked for her license number she disconnected the phone line. I will do my due diligence to report this ignorant woman. This salon is racists!"

"My wife and I have been going to this location for several years. Rasema always takes her time and does a great job. Our toddler has had great haircuts by several, if not all, of the stylists at this location. It helps that he holds still (we keep him distracted by cartoons on a phone). We've referred friends and family to Rasema as well and they have become returning customers."

"This is a long overdue review.. years overdue. I’m 25 now, but Nancy had been cutting my hair since I was probably 9 years old. About 7 years ago, I left to college out of Houston, and fast forward to current day, I cut my own hair, because Nancy was the only person I trusted, and now that I’m back in Houston I can’t wait to come back and see her. All the staff is always so kind and easy going, great people and a great business."
