yes but the fact of the situation l Col:

"(Long story) The absolute worst thing experience and on my birthday of all days. I literally left shaking and in tears. I was treated very poorly and I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location at all! First, When I walked in I was stared at no greeting by the employees. The owner finally greeted me after 3 minutes of Awkward silence. I wanted a pedi and full set with stiletto shape. The male nail tech (with colored hair) asked me what I wanted be for he began and I told him a basic full set with stiletto shape. He started cutting my nails the “basic”length. After he cut them he asked again what shape, I answered the same (Stiletto), he didn’t understand so I told him pointy, he said ok. They were ugly! I told him, before he even put the acrylic on that I didn’t like the shape and that he could take them off. He proceeded to say he’s no done. He finished the acrylic then began to file one hand. I again expressed that the nails were not what I wanted and to take them off (while the lady tech is doing my pedicure). The male tech gets upset and walks away to perform another service to a different client leaving these ugly nails on my hands. After my toes dried and I gave the money to the lady tech to pay for my pedicure ONLY, the male tech then held my money and said that I had to pay $25 for his time. When I refused because he didn’t take the nails off like I asked. He yelled at me in the store, called me a liar multiple times and embarrassed my in the store. He broke my shades by attempting snatching them out my hands to prevent me from leaving. The owner finally stepped in but he (the tech) continue to call me a liar as I explained to the owner. I left embarrassed and in tears after paying for the pedicure. I’ll never be back there. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Worst nail tech ever! Worst version of stiletto nails."
