"I did a walkin today (called ahead) to see if they could work with my situation. I botched my hair trying to cut it alone. Consultation was non existent. I wasn't expecting much but simply a talk through about what I should expect and what they would be doing for me. Bolted before any commitment. If I had an appointment would the service have been at least thorough?"
