"I recently saw Tara for my wax and I was so grateful I booked with her. She has a gentle hand and an almost painless technique. Tara was very easy to talk too and made my experience pleasant. I already rebooked my next appointment with her. I highly recommend Tara!"

"I walked in a was greeted. The lady who checked me in informed me she’d be doing so on her personal laptop because the two other women were using the company’s computer. I was the only customer in the lobby. This action was a little unsettling but I proceeded. After being serviced, which the actual wax was great, I went to check out. When I checked out, the same three women were at the front desk, they offered add ons, which I declined. The three women all became unpleasant when I declined the membership. The first one asked did I want the membership, I replied no thanks. She said are you sure, I said, yes, I’m sure. She then squinted her eyes and looked at the woman who was using the personal laptop. The girl then asked when can we make your next appointment. I declined to schedule another appointments at the time. The girl had the same reaction. The women looked at me and the one with the personal laptop said well can I see your I.D. I told her I didn’t know I needed it so I didn’t bring it in. She said well you can’t give the first time discount without it. I never asked for a discount or for promotional offers. Therefore, I don’t even know why she blurted that out. She then asked if I had a photo of my I.D. I showed her a photo and she applied the first time discount. I feel like she felt like if I didn’t but extra, then she was unwilling to honor the company’s other promotional offers, which is ludicrous especially with her sitting, entering information in her personal laptop. The encounter was off putting and I don’t recommend that particular location."

"Vanessa is my go-to waxing person! She's always super friendly, neat and keeps her waxing room clean! She's also gone above and beyond to accommodate my ever changing work schedule and I appreciate her for it! She's super easy to talk to during the appt and does a really good job, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to go to a dedicated/consistent person at this center. "

"I have been going to this location for a few years now and I absolutely love it! Krystal has been my go to technician from day one and I adore her! I don’t let anyone do my eyebrows except her! She listens carefully to my needs and does her magic every single time!! She is so pleasant and sweet with every visit! And never ever disappoints! She’s the best! As for the lovely ladies at the front reception, they make check in and check out so fun and easy!! They always greet me by name and I really enjoy seeing them when I walk in! This is by far my fave location ever!"
