"If I could give this place a 0 I would , I told the nail tech I wanted my natural nails and I told her I wanted nude polish . She proceeded to ask me to dip my nails into hot water extremely unbearably HOT . After already saying no twice to her telling me to get fake nails on , she finally proceeded to do my nails I told her I wanted almond shaped nails, she said no it will be squared because of the size of nails but my nails had a pretty good nail bed to do almond , so that wasn’t done . I told her many times I like my real nail feel I don’t like anything heavy or fake on my nails . So she the proceeded to do DIP nail powder on my nails at this point I was confused because I made it so clear that I wanted my real nails nothing heavy or fake !. They feel so uncomfortable and they are unevenly growing and the are so thick in the photos you can tell the bed of the nail is uneven as well there’s honestly a weird shape to this nail , I absolutely hate it . This has NEVER happened to me before. Won’t come back to this location again. The place looks so big and nice but don’t be fooled ."
