"If you have textured hair...run. Girl basically said "you have curly hair so nothing i do matters" and literally proceeded to freehand my whole head and bangs, and then butchered my curls with thinning shears. Needless to say it turned out terrible and I had to fix the wildly uneven bangs. I wish I was dead. At no point did she section or part or stop and ask what I wanted. My hair is so thin that there is nothing to curl so all my volume is gone. My bangs are so short that there is nothing to curl. I look like a villager from Shrek. Saddest part is I MAY have been able to work with the awful bangs and layering job had she not thinned out my hair so much that it half less than 1/2 the volume it did before."
"Macy does an excellent job!! I have had many issues in the past but never at Macy's Salon she is quick, thorough, reasonable and very kind. I will never go to another shop. I have also got my haircuts there recently by other employees of hers and they always do a great job! I would give them 10 stars if I could, honestly!!"
