"DONT BOOK WITH KAYCEE The first time I went here to get a lash lift, was my first experience getting a lift. So I didn’t have much to compare my experience with. The solution for the perm burned my eyes so much, and I figured this was normal. So I take my teenager to get a lash lift and warned about how badly it burns, but he didn’t experience any burning. His lash tech was Amy, so I made sure that my second visit was scheduled with Amy and avoided Kaycee. With Amy, my experience was great, she took her time and didn’t get the liquid in my eyes like Kaycee did, I had no burning at all. So the third time I scheduled with Amy again and when I was taken back, I realized this was not Amy, this was Kaycee again. The front desk woman told me they made a mistake on the schedule and apologized. There was nothing I could do to get Amy that day so I agreed to letting Kaycee do my lashes. What a huge mistake. First of all I would like to point out that Kaycee’s hands always smell nasty like food. Her breath also smells very very bad, I experienced the stench both times. She once again got the liquid in my eyes and showed zero concern and just gave me a fan when I started to voice how bad it was burning. She rushed thru the process and was very sloppy. Right at the end, Amy came in the finish my appointment and even though my eyes were closed I could immediately tell this person was not Kaycee, her breath and hands didn’t smell bad and she was gentle and took her time. Today I went to a new studio and had a COMPLETELY different experience. The lash lift should not burn, ever. My lashes look so good. When Kaycee did my lashes they were all going in weird angles, you can just tell she rushed thru the appointment and didn’t care about the quality of her work. If you MUST go here, do yourself (and your nose) a favor and do not let Kaycee work on you. I’ll never go here again, this business lost all respect from me. They don’t care about the quality of their work and they gossip the entire time. Although I am a white woman, my son is Vietnamese and I do understand the language. It’s completely unprofessional to gossip in front of your clients, especially when you assume they don’t know the language. Avoid this place if you can. I highly recommend Lumin Lash studio."

"Went in for a lash removal service. Quick service but I will never go back there again. I was so excited to find a place close by so I wouldn't have to drive 20 mins for lashes but not going again. I had told the tech that I have sensitive eyes and just want to make sure she uses a product for removal that's suitable for sensitive eyes. I am not a complainer and have high pain tolerance but my eyes were burning for at least another hour after the removal. She came in, not sure if she understood my sensitivity comment and got on working. After she was done, just told me to go wash my eyes without any instructions on where to go or checking if I was ok. I could NOT see at all or keep my eyes open because of the burning. I told her it's burning a lot and she fanned my eyes for like 30 secs then said ok go ahead. I barely made it to the restroom by myself and no matter how much I washed, it didn't help. Barely walked to the front desk and paid (receptionist could tell I was having issues) and got out. Had to wait for some time to be able to drive home. It was horrible. I have never had that happen to me in the amount of times I have gotten removals done. Tech's name was Kayce I believe."

"I like how Kylie did my lashes, very gentle. She has soft hand and she does care for her customer. Updates: it is sad to know Kylie no longer work there. I had Vani as my eyelashes technician few times already. Vani is so sweet, her advise for my eyelashes was valuable & helpful . She always make me feel comfortable. Her magic hand help my eyelashes stay longer."
