"[UPDATE 07/20/22]: today is the 4th day and my thumb is swollen, hurts and looks infected. I will have to talk to my PCP. See updated pic] This place is the worst for manicure. Cathy did my nails and she gave me deep cuts on three of my finger while filing the nails with that roller. On my thumb it was deep enough that it started bleeding on the spot, and in response she took some nail polish looking thing and applied to my wound which stung extremely bad. Instead of being apologetic, all she said was “stop moving”! I was not interacting with anyone to be moving, I was very still and it couldn’t be me because it happened 3 times. She’s careless, rude, arrogant! Worst place to get your service. Extremely disappointed. I would highly suggest NOT to get your manicure from here or CATHY! Pedicure was good and smooth which was another lady."

"[Update: Changed to 4 stars because she sharpened the corner edges of my toes so they snag and scratch. I've never had that... I scratched my future husband with my toe and it broke skin. Not cool.] The place is beautiful. The pedicure was nice. She massaged with actual organic orange peels. The scent and aroma was nice. I was offered fridged bottle of water. For the price, I expected somewhat better on the overall outcome, but she did her best. I really wanted hot stones, but be sure to make sure the stones are hot enough and not warm. There were a few instances where I was in pain from the peeling the dead skin, the drilling off the old shellac, and even filing, I never had anyone cause me pain from filing my nails until now. Lol. I had to choose between 4 stars or 5 stars, and I give it 5 stars because I enjoyed the massage and I was able to relax with my headphones on. If I can fall asleep and relax, it is a good place to go. I really did feel like a goddess the entire experience."
