"I don’t usually make reviews but this was unacceptable. Just got my nails done yesterday, my nails had jewels on it and it came off the same day. I also have glue residue on my cuticles that wont come off. I’ve been going here for a long time, and this is the first time this has happened. I paid too much money for this to be happening. If you happen to come to this nail salon, do not book Ann."

"Did my nail and 2 of them broke 2 days later . I went back to tell them and the manager offered 30 % discount for the next time I do them. If you didn’t do the right job and I went back at least offer to do it again for free. I had pay $70 for that manicure and it didn’t not last. I have been going there for 5 years now but I’m not going there again. I will be going elsewhere now."

"They are nice, but my nails didn’t last not even a week. He didn’t cure my nails. And the red color that I had, had a bunch of white specks. I was dumb to not tell him that I don’t like it.. 55 bucks gone in less than a week."

"Firstly, this is an overall review not just based on a recent experience as I have been coming to this salon for years. I absolutely love the staff here, all the ladies are super nice and welcoming. Salon is clean, well maintained and a drink is always offered upon arrival to me. I never make an appointment, usually just a walk-in and even during busier times, my wait is short. They also offer lash extensions and many other great services that I never took advantage of. I got my nails done and eyebrow waxes typically. Tina or Bee are usually my go to girls. I love how they do my nails and how they take their time giving me the TLC that I need during my visit. I've had a few disappointing visits there, but mainly because I'm too picky and didn't like how my nails turned out - nothing to do with the service provided. I would say that they are fairly priced. They also have this card where they give you stamps for each visit and then your 10th is a free pedi up to a specific dollar amount - how awesome is that?! I recently moved out of state on my last visit back to Houston I made sure to stop and get my nails done! Overall, I've always been happy coming here. Would definitely recommend."
