"Worst hair cut ever, don’t put a step here if you have curly hair. They will ruin it. First time here. I told the lady what I wanted for my daughter. She seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then she said I am done. I went to see her hair, it was so uneven and she didn’t notice until I pointed out. In the end the haircut was noting of what I asked. Now I have to wait for her hair to grow to fix it."

"Went in at 6 pm and was told yes they could do my full set and a pedicure, didn't start my pedicure for 30 mins was then told I couldn't get my nails done because a lady came in 45 mins late and she STILL WAS SERVICED!! She wasn't told hey you are late you will have to reschedule so that I could have my nails done, and the manager DID NOTHING!! She didn't offer an apology at all, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS, OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF!"

"I came in at 5 45 (they close at 7) and they made me feel like a big inconvenience. I asked her to trim the nail down she's like ya ya and didn't do it. My nail was showing through and I asked it to be covered, she said she'd cover it with the pink but that didn't do anything. My nails look awful. Bottom line, they didn't want to give me any kind of service, they just wanted me out. I've gotten pedicures there and they've always been great. This time was a miss, I'm not going back. There are plenty of nail places."
