"I am a regular at this location. I drove around 40 minutes for my appointment as there was lots of traffic. My appointment was for 6:40pm, However as I walked in, the stylist Laura asked me if I had an appointment, when I tried telling her I did, she rudely said she couldn’t take me as they were closed and she would not finish on time and to go come tomorrow."

"October 31 of 2023, approximately around 2:59 PM I walked into Supercut and I asked do you all cut black hair one woman said nothing and she smile a Caucasian lady came out and said, what are you looking for? I explain to her I had had braids and I just wanted my cut she could just only make it round like a basketball.!! Well it was a day of hell when I washed my hair that night. Oh my gosh I went back the next day I called back the day after today is 6 November 2023 and they said she will be in today and she’s the manager I took me two years using all natural products waste it in 20 minutes and unprofessional and an honest person dishonest person but you know it was $30 when Jesus was sold for 30 pieces ! Lord have mercy !!! my hair is so messed up I can’t even get it braided to sit down starts at $300 !!!!"

"If you’re a woman wanting short hair don’t go here. My hair is nothing like what I wanted nor did they know what they were looking at in the picture I showed. I wanted a layered undercut with a long top and got a side part, fully shaved undercut that went up just as high as I already had it(which I didn’t want and is obvious by the picture). Because of the way my hair grows this haircut doesn’t work at all without massive styling, soaking my hair every morning and using product or hairspray to keep it in place. I’m a get up and go kinda person. That’s why I chose the style I did because I’ve had it like that before. She just hacked at my hair with thinning sheets in a panic without even considering how it would lay. I just wanted out of there. Maybe I can do a charge back because crying over my hair is not worth $30. I wouldn’t trust them to fix it. I’m going to an expensive barber to fix this because I don’t trust basic stylists here now."

"My stylist was great. I needed a change and got a cut and color. She talked to me about care for my hair and what cut best fit my face. Haven't gotten that in a while. Usually, you tell them what you want and you get a version of that. Not many suggestions."
