"Probably the worst nail service I have ever received. My nail tech went to attend to another customer mid way of trimming my cuticles and did not finish. She was replaced by someone else and I let her know she did no finish my right hand. Mid explaining of this to the new nail tech, she received a call from her husband and chose to answer it and walked away. She had filed my left and and came back and started to try to paint my right hand without filing it or preparing my nails. I had to remind her to do this. On top of that the Color I chose was not painted on my nails. I let her know it wasn’t the color I chose and she stated it was but there was a drastic difference in color. I was highly disappointed and displeased. Last time I visited my nail tech rushed to get my nails done but I could see that they were extremely busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this time it was just plain rude and they weren’t busy at all. I am highly disappointed and it’s so sad because I have been coming here for years for basic chelacs."

"If I could give this place zero I would. I've been coming here for nearly a decade and have dealt with less than service only because it was convenient to my residence. I have had a few techs whereas I've had to switch over time due to their attitudes. They DO NOT want to EVER be accountable for their mistakes and catch feelings when addressed as if I'm supposed to just pay for something I'm not satisfied for. Recently I had a tech Nikki refuse service from because she messed up my nails and was not forthcoming in letting me know that she was not experienced in a style that I requested for a special event which caused me to have to return twice only for her to refer me to another tech who was experienced in that style. I handled it professionally and did not make a big fuss. Fast forward I call to make an appointment with the other tech to find out she is no longer and so I requested Nikki and she refused my service and said that she had the right. I'm confused as I did nothing wrong and have been dealing with her for years. That was my final cue as I will no longer do business here as they do not value individuals that look like me...Black woman. I've seen it over and over of the difference in how we're treated. Beware of this place as their service is unsatisfactory ."

"I loves this place. My technician, Truyen, loved her. When I need my a manicure or pedicure asap before the store opening hours, she would go out of her way and come and fix my nails. Definitely a good southern hospitality service."
