"Do not be fooled from the reviews. Came here for the very first time today at around 2:30pm to get my eyebrows and forehead threaded and the lady with the pink polo shirt, who seemed to be the manager/owner came and assisted me. She was very rough on my face, and did not do a good job. You can tell by the way she was threading, that she just wanted to get it over quickly. She kept talking to her coworker during the process and when she finished, I looked myself in the mirror and noticed that there was still some baby hair on my forehead. I never had this issue threading in other places. When I mentioned it to her, she said she can’t see it, but offered to clean it up more. After that, I looked myself in the mirror again and noticed that it was still not clean enough. I also noticed the thread she was using. It was much thicker than other places, which is probably why it didn’t pick up my baby hairs. The whole experience was not very professional and friendly. Keep in mind I have been getting my eyebrows and forehead threaded for a few years now, in other places. After this experience, I will not be coming back. Save yourself and go somewhere else where they’ll treat you with respect and care, and not talk behind your back in another language. This is not the place to go."

"I’ve been coming to this place for close to ten years now. Unfortunately I’ll be starting my search for a new eye brow thread after my visit today. After waiting patiently for almost 30 minutes I had to leave abruptly without getting my service. My young four year old needed to use the restroom but the woman said the restroom wasn’t usable. I left with my child in a hurry so they could use the restroom elsewhere. And of course I didn’t feel like going back and restarting my wait time so I went home. This isn’t the first time I was denied the restroom here. Months ago I arrived while on my lunch break and was told I couldn’t use the restroom so I had to hold it the whole way back to work, barely making it. Bottom line: avoid this place if you have young potty training children unless you’re cool with extremely long wait times and no bathroom."

"Shazia has been threading my eyebrows for almost 3 years now. I love how she has a light hand and is so nice and welcoming. I like Aaina Salon but I do prefer this location."

"This is my go to place for my threading needs! Goldy is the absolute best! My eyebrows are tricky and do not grow the same, yet she is able to make my eyebrows look the same. She is precise, careful and kind. I will NOT go anywhere else because of her. She also drew a flower (henna) on my daughter. She’s the best!"
