"I can't do partial stars or I'd rate the business about a 4.5 to 4.7. The service here is great, recommended you schedule your hair appointment ahead of time. A lot of great hairstylists/ beauticians. I have had a not so great hair cut and an ok'ish one but the rest of the time they do a great job. When scheduling you can choose a preferred stylist."
"Tracy Donnelly did a foil highlight on my dark brown hair and I ended up platinum blond with a shadow root. Exactly what I want. Most places can't get my hair to do this. I have a ton of red undertones and if I use a box at home I end up with clown orange hair or banana yellow at a stylist. I had my hair done today and I couldn't be happier. My hair has never looked this good. It has dimension and doesn't look like a cheap bleach job. I used to try to go upscale, but my hair would never release the orange or yellow at Dillard's or Aveda. I'm so glad I found Tracy. Perfect result and I'm kinda teared up that someone took the time to do my hair correctly. Thanks Tracy and Schertz Fantastic Sams!"
"Went in today to get a haircut. I HAD really long hair. Asked for 2” off and long layers. My hair is shorter than I wanted and uneven. My hair looks absolutely awful. You shouldn’t have taken me if you didn’t want to do the cut!!"
"Okay y'all my mom took me to get my bangs done here and... I just got done crying because of how bad my bangs are. I asked for baby bangs but I'm 100% sure the lady gave me the Mark Zuckerberg cut. I rarely ever leave reviews but omg my bangs turned out so bad I nearly threw up crying. I'm gonna add some pics but according to some of the reviews, they delete photos showing how bad they are. Just letting you guys know that I added pics and if they don't show up: they deleted them! I feel so bad leaving a bad review but JUST LOOK at my bangs! (if they don't delete the photos) I'm gonna look like Willy Wonka for my graduation. I am sobbing."
