"I was wanting to book them for my wedding, and we had agreed on a price and set a date for a trial. On the day of the trial everything went great. Peyton did agree to give me 50% off the trial, but then only gave me 10% and said the other portion would be applied to the cost of the hair and makeup at the wedding. Then a week later, she texts me saying there will be a $58 travel fee per person for the 7 people getting their hair and makeup done. This is not a standard price for travel. Usually it is between $50-$100 so close to $400 is high. When I questioned why this was not brought up before hand it was brushed off and then they pulled out of the wedding saying it was not going to work. The money that was supposed to go towards my day of service has not been refunded and they refuse to contact me about the incident. I would stay far far away from them for any of your major events. They are shady in their business practices and are just hoping to make all the money possible off their clients and do not care about the people."
