"If I could give no star I would. I scheduled an appointment FOR 02/03 for a haircut and PAID $25.86 towards my appointment ended up with COVID so had to cancel. Jackie told me to send her proof of me testing positive and also a negative of when I'm cleared and she recommended to cancel my appointment. First of all she's a hairstylist and second of all this is my personal business and at least I had the common courtesy to let her know I tested positive. She rescheduled me two weeks out which would be on 02/17. I called and left her a voicemail on today 02/15 that I was canceling my appointment and would not be rescheduling which is more than enough time to give to another customer. She is refusing to refund my money so now it's between her and my bank. Who would want to do business with someone like this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS Replying to your response: I never once said I was going to wear a mask into your salon. I called the day I found out i was positive!! Lady I work in Healthcare so I know the risks and your response is a lie!! You lack professionalism!!!"

She took her time and gave my mom exactly what she wanted. My mom left her studio feeling so much better about herself. Definitely coming back!"
"So I got a spontaneous idea of getting a red streak to honor a co worker who beat cancer and never stopped working full time through it. She has a red streak on her bangs. Never done anything or been in a salon before but they accommodated me last minute and I’m BEYOND happy with the results. So nice and respectful and very knowledgeable on what they do here! 10/10! I will be coming back for my haircuts!"
