"If I could give no stars I would. These employees are the rudest people possible and they do not know how to do their job. I left here this morning after having the worst customer service experience possible and went to Auto zone off Nacogdoches and they were completely opposite and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. I will never go back to 3009 location. They should clean house there and get better employees."
"Called at 8pm for quote for front/back brakes and ricky (store manager told me it was too late to quotes and hung up on me) ended up calling back and talking to moe. She gave me the quotes over the phone in under 15 minutes. 5 stars for moe but will be taking my business elsewhere bc obviously the man of the shop isn't trying to make money. Thanks moe but I'm looking for a company that is trying to make money and help commercial business. I will take my thousand of dollars to orileys where they will help regardless of the time. I have a fleet of 10 vehicles and the can give me a quote regardless of the day/time .thanks orileys .lol"
