"Today I showed up because I decided to give them a chance from my last visit 3 months ago. I signed in online like every other time. 45 minutes no problem. I went to shop around and showed up 15 minutes like a good customer. I was greeted properly no problem, asked if I was signed in said yes so I was told to take a seat. I saw I was 1 in Line so I was waiting patiently. Then family of three showed up and they called the first boy, fine maybe a mistake. Then they called another boy and my time went from to 3 minutes to 10 minutes. Mind you I'm next but the lady just ignored me, so I stepped outside to my truck and looked at my time and it said 58 minutes. I was out maybe 2 minutes honestly. Never going to give them my money. I rather cut my hair bald for free eff this place.they messed up my hair so bad the last visit I had to grow my hair out just wearing caps regularly. I am honest and tip good but just do your job. So angry because so close to home."

"Got my haircut today at the GreatClips on FM 3009. Unfortunately it was a terrible cut and I almost knew it would be. I got the same stylist as last time I visited 4 weeks ago and that cut sucked. When she called me up for a cut I decided I would be super explanatory and told her in detail what I wanted. I won’t repeat the instructions to shorten this review. She cut it exactly as bad as last time but this time she repeated back my instructions at the end even though she did not follow them at all! I just said yea ok because I knew I would have to fix it myself like I did the previous time. She rushes through the cut to finish as fast as possible. My wife spent 30 minutes fixing the terrible haircut when I got home. I will definitely refuse her the next time. The time prior I explained to that stylist the randomness of getting a good cut at this location and she said, yea most stylist are just lazy and want to cut your hair fast and don’t want to cut your right."

"I took my grandson to get his hair cut before he went to camp. Aubrey asked him how he would like his hair to be cut. I Loved the way she was attentive to his request and the way she communicated with him. He was very happy with his results. My husband and I went to see Aubrey the next day, I will be going to see her from now on. She is Phenomenal!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
